detect restrictive horizons, nitrification lines or other structures underground. Terra
Systems tile probes utilize a high strength steel shaft which demonstrates an excellent
tendency to spring back to shape when flexed during use. Both styles of tile probes are
available with either a self- sharpening point or replaceable spherical point. The
replaceable tip is desirable for use in soils where shaft clearance aids in the ease of
removal.
